Burgan Bank achieved a significant success in internationally recognized evaluations through its efforts in employee experience and corporate culture. After qualifying for the \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d certification for the second time in 2025 as a result of analyses conducted by Great Place to Work T\u00fcrkiye, the bank was also awarded a place on the \u201cBest Employers in T\u00fcrkiye\u201d list this year in the category of companies with 1,000 or more employees among certified organizations. <\/p>\n
Commenting on the achievement, Burgan Bank Deputy General Manager of Employee Experience Levent Ergin stated that this success is a reflection of the company\u2019s culture and said:
