INFORMATION TEXT ON PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This information text is based on Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. It has been prepared within the scope of the obligation to inform regarding the personal data obtained by our Company as the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, published in the Official Gazette dated 10.3.2018 and numbered 30356.

1. Data Controller
In accordance with Articles 5.2 and 8.2 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data transferred to our Communication Consultancy and Advertising company by our company and/or its authorized representative within the scope of the Service Agreements you have concluded with our Communication Consultancy and Advertising company and/or its authorized representative and to which you are a party, will be transferred to ARISTO ILETİŞİM DANIŞMANLIĞI VE REKLAM TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. are processed and protected by the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and its related regulations and in accordance with the following conditions.

2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed within the scope of the contracts you have concluded with our company and/or its authorized representative and for the purposes of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers regarding the Communication Consultancy and Advertising services offered by our company, increasing the quality of the services offered by our company and offering new services, and informing you about special campaigns and promotions, within the limits stipulated in the Law.

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data will be shared only with our business partners and legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private persons or organizations within the limits stipulated in the Law and again in accordance with the Law. 8. and Personal data may be transferred in a manner limited to the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 9.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Your Personal Data
Your personal data limited to name, surname and contact information are collected by our company and/or authorized representatives within the scope of the service contracts you have concluded with our company and/or authorized representatives and are a party to, and are transferred in accordance with Articles 5.2 and 8.2 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 during the orders given to our company as a Communication Consultancy and Advertising company by our company and/or authorized representatives in order to individualize the orders and increase their quality, and are collected and stored for the legal period by our Communication Consultancy and Advertising company in a limited way for the purposes of ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing the quality of the services provided by our company and offering new services, facilitating the demands of Aristo employees, institutions providing services to Aristo and their employees or Aristo customers or conducting security and risk assessments, fulfilling legal obligations and the demands of other authorized administrative institutions.

5. Your Rights as a Data Owner
According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, your rights as a data owner are as follows:
a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
e) To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,
g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs e and f above to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
h) To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage,

You can submit your request to use your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Our Company is obliged to finalize your requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.

In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing or by registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to our company and registered in our company’s system, your name, surname and signature if your application is in writing, T.C. identification number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners, your residential or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, if any, telephone and fax number and the subject of your application, which must also include the subject of the request, by using the form below, our company “Asmalı Mescit mah, Asmalı Mescit mah., İstiklal cad., Elhamra Hanı, No:130 Beyoğlu, İstanbul” by mail, by hand or through a notary public or to [email protected] with secure electronic signature.
