Burgan Bank achieved a significant success in internationally recognized evaluations through its efforts in employee experience and corporate culture. After qualifying for the “Great Place to Work” certification for the second time in 2025 as a result of analyses conducted by Great Place to Work Türkiye, the bank was also awarded a place on the “Best Employers in Türkiye” list this year in the category of companies with 1,000 or more employees among certified organizations.
